In November 2016, Blakes Crossing also won multiple categories in the SA UDIA Awards for Excellence for outstanding achievement and the highest standards of practice in urban design. These included the prestigious President’s Award, the Masterplanned Development, Environmental Excellence, and the Marketing Excellence (with Rivergum Homes and Martins Brand House) awards.
