5 S P O T L I G H T O N N E W O W N E R S Meet Greg and Tiffany Greg and Tiffany share with us what they’re most excited about Shoreline and a little about their new dream home. What are you looking forward to most about living at Shoreline? Greg: My wife Tiffany and I, are really excited about building the house and Shoreline has that great vision of community and what is going to be there over the next five to six years with the parks, shops, restaurants, bars – all those things that we’re looking forward to enjoying. What guidance or support was offered to you during the purchase? Tiffany: When we came in, we met with Mark who did a wonderful job of really explaining the grand vision of what Shoreline would become. It really helped soothe all my concerns and really reassured me that we were making the right decision to build at Shoreline. Why did you decide to build new rather than buy existing? Greg: The reason we decided to build a new home rather than buy an existing home is that we had some rather unique ideas about what we wanted out of our home. Who are you building your new home with? Tiffany: We’re building with Hotondo Homes and the reason that we’re going with them is they were very flexible about what kind of design we could have. A lot of the other builders we’d been speaking with were very fixed with their designs. Greg: Our house design is a bit unique – downstairs, we’re building a really cool home cinema / arcade room arrangement. My wife, being very clever, has designed a secret passageway with bookshelf entry into that room which is very out of the ordinary. Hotondo Homes were very receptive of the idea and wanted to help us achieve it.
