1 1 New primary school for Redland Bay in 2024 A new state school is being planned for the growing area of Redland Bay to open for Prep to Year 6 students for Term 1 in 2024. This new school is an exciting announcement for the growing Shoreline community. Located on the corner of Scenic Road and Serpentine Creek Road, the design of the new primary school is still being finalised. Details of the facilities and learning spaces will be shared this year. Parents seeking to register expressions of interest in enrolment can do so in early 2023. Stay safe around construction sites with these tips. • Never enter a constrction site unless you have permission to be there and are wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment • Keep an eye out for construction debris, sometimes it can mistakenly end up outside the fenced construction area and pose a safety hazard • If you do spot something unsafe, report it to the builder (the licensed builder details should be on display on the site fencing) A new primary school will open in 2024 Site safety is of utmost importance
