The site sheds are up and Stage 3a of Kingfisher Grove Retirement Village is underway. This stage will see the excavation of the site to allow for a basement carpark, our new Clubhouse and offices, that will feature an indoor pool, gym, cinema, lounge and bar, arts and craft room, library and much more. This Building will also comprise 36 1, 2 and 3 bedroom Apartments. Kingfisher Grove Apartments We have taken 11 deposits on the 36 Apartments that are due for completion around Easter 2023. Combined with the start of works on the adjacent Tavern site, there will be a hive of activity along Lakeside Parade in 2022. It is exciting to see locals choosing to continue to live in Jordan Springs during their retirement, just as much as it is to welcome people from regional NSW and interstate to the area.
