Shoreline Community Newsletter Dec 2022

Construction Update Shoreline is rising to new heights, as we have achieved some big construction milestones over the past few months. Stages 6, 7 & 8 detailed earthworks were completed in November, with underground service installation continuing progressively. Bulk earthworks in stages 9, 10 and 12 are now complete and detailed earthworks are progressing throughout December, with retaining wall installation to commence in January. Title registration and settlements are expected to occur in mid-2023. Have you been watching the development of Jingeri Park? The park is a 2-hectare green space that draws its name from the Yugambeh people, where Jingeri means ‘greeting all of you’. The park has been designed as the perfect gathering point for members of the wider community with a special focus on sustainability. This park features a bespoke 8.5 metre lighthouse and jetty play structure, inspired by the lighthouse constructed in 1864 at Cleveland Point. Below shows you what it will look like on completion, which is any day now! It’s been an exciting year here at Shoreline! There’s been a hive of activity within our growing community, as we’ve achieved some exciting construction milestones, welcomed new residents and continued to make progress towards creating a vibrant, connected community our residents are proud to call home. Summer is upon us and it’s been wonderful to see the new Jingeri Park come to life. We are looking forward to seeing families enjoying the park space and the youngest residents making memories on the playground. With the festive season just around the corner, it will be wonderful to see so many families and new residents celebrating their first festive holiday season in the community. Enjoy reading the latest edition of our community newsletter, and from all of us at Shoreline we’d like to wish you a safe and relaxing break.
