Combined Heating System • An innovative two-in-one heating system that serves both as Heating Hot Water (HHW) for the air conditioning and Domestic Hot Water (DHW) for taps. The operation of a single system ensures energy efficiency. Rainwater Harvesting • All towers incorporate rainwater capture system that collects, treats, and reuses rainwater for irrigation systems. Façade Glazing • The exceptional thermal performance of the One Sydney Harbour façades is demonstrated by a greater than 60% improvement on the BASIX Thermal Comfort requirements when assessed as an average across the development. • The majority of sun exposed façades come with integral blinds that are automated, and can also be occupant controlled to minimise solar heat load and maintain a comfortable environment. Home Automation • Each residence at One Sydney Harbour has access via a Bring Your Own Device System (BYOD) to their energy usage through an energy metering portal, providing residents with information about their overall energy usage to act upon this.
