Homelessness Support FutureSteps is a Lendlease social impact initiative supporting established charities and community organisations to deliver shelter and housing projects, including support services. It focuses solely on increasing the supply of transitional and long-term housing, with the aim of creating stronger pathways to housing security for those most at risk of homelessness and under housing stress. This is achieved through financial contributions via our grant’s programs, skilled assistance and leveraging our supply chain. Lendlease commits 0.1 per cent of its sales revenue from all new Australian residential land and dwelling sales into funding this initiative.* FutureSteps awarded a $2 million grant to yourtown which they used to support the purchase of its first NSW transitional accomodation, an apartment block. The grant was funded by the One Sydney Harbour project. Beyond the purchase of the property, the collaboration extends to several key initiatives designed to enhance the well-being and security of its residents.
