Welcome to Autumn in Calderwood Valley. Exciting things are happening here in Calderwood Valley, from settlements to construction progress and new public art! Autumn has arrived and as the weather cools down it’s the perfect time to explore our beautiful region, enjoy the crisp air on one of the community’s many walking paths and trails, take a road trip along the Illawarra coastline or catch up with friends for a velvety hot coffee at Bean Roasted Espresso Bar. Keep reading to discover what’s been happening recently in our growing community. Hello, Calderwood Valley! Calderwood Valley is continuing to grow into a connected community and solidifying its place as one of the most sought-after addresses in the Illawarra region. We are excited to share that we have made big strides towards some major community milestones! Within our Aspen release, 3C1A settlements have now occurred and construction on homes is starting to commence. In 3C1B land has now registered and purchasers are starting to settle. Once complete, around 400 residents across 149 homes will call the Aspen neighbourhood home. In other news, the detailed design of the Aspen Community Park is almost complete, with tendering for the construction due to start in the coming weeks. This park will be a welcome addition to the Aspen release, bringing more open space for residents to enjoy recreation and relaxation, as well as a thoughtfully designed playground for children of all ages. We are also delighted to announce the next land release at Calderwood Valley will be released in mid 2023.
