Emma Brown Meet future resident of Elliot Springs Dream of home ownership becomes a reality Embarking on the next stage of her life, Townsville Nurse Emma Brown is excited to start a family and make memories in our community, purchasing her block of land close to Wadda Mooli Park. Drawn to Elliot Springs vibrant lifestyle, natural surroundings and affordable land, Emma said she is looking forward to building her dream home in 2022. “I am at that stage of my life where I would love to start a family and Elliot Springs provides the perfect environment for that, from the amazing park and walking tracks to the development of schools and shopping precincts. All of which are a stone throw away,” said Emma. “What appealed to me the most was affordability and how much space I was getting for value for money. My block of land is absolutely the perfect size for what I am wanting at this stage of my life. “Elliot Springs is a new and upcoming estate, that is close to all my favourite activities and hobbies.” Emma is part of a growing number of first homebuyers calling Elliot Springs home, confident that they are planting solid roots in a thriving, close knit community. Less than 5 years after the first block of land was sold, Elliot Springs has seen a total of 124 homes built and 46 are currently under construction. As our community continues to grow, welcoming new residents like Emma in 2022, Elliot Springs has quickly become so much more than a place to live. “There is so much I am excited for in 2022. But to be able to call this home mine will be a massive achievement and a dream for me,” said Emma. “I signed my land contract in October 2021 and I am now excited to start and share my build journey throughout 2022. “I didn’t intend on getting a block of land near the park because I didn’t think there were any left in the first development area. I have so many friends with kids, so this is very convenient for me.
