1 1 Busting a move to boost mental health School holiday boredom busters! Meet local dance instructor, Zeinab Salah who runs The Jungle Body at Springfield Central! You may have met the dance fitness superstar at our recent ‘Meet the Neighbour’ event where she ran some energetic dance routines for locals. The dance classes Zeinab runs are more about mental health than weight loss (a welcome side effect of having fun and feeling high on endorphins). Designed to be your ‘me time’ away from the real world and all its responsibilities, the dance classes allow you to switch off and let the music guide you, let loose, be care and worry- free in the present moment. “My classes are for women from all walks of life and are about mental health. There is no dance or fitness level required.
