HOURS OF OPERATION, CLEANING COSTS
Description
Tower One provides a total of 103,041 sqm of
Premium Grade office accommodation across
44 office levels.
Outgoings
Currently estimated at $170.50 per square metre
(psm) per annum for the financial year commencing
1 July 2016.
Estate Levy
An estate levy (calculated at a rate per square metre
of the Gross Floor Area (as defined by the Property
Council of Australia) of the Premises) will also be
payable from the Commencement Date.
This levy is for the management and maintenance of
the public domain. The relevant rate was $22.27 psm
as at 30 June 2016, and this rate is subject to increase
yearly at CPI.

Tenancy Cleaning
Estimated at $14.00 psm. The actual cost of tenancy
cleaning will be determined based on the scope
required.
