“An LED Upgrade Project has always been in my thoughts, but never really
materialised until we started our community centre refurnishing project earlier this year.
It was the perfect opportunity for me to implement the lighting upgrades.
My goal for 2016 is to change every light in the common areas of the village
to LED, and to have a small herb garden for the residents.”
Pilar Tria, Village Manager at Homestay Village,
is currently upgrading and retrofitting over 150 LED lights.
The project is expected to produce annual savings of $7,500
and improve the overall quality of lighting in the village.
