Reconciliation Action Plan - page 11

Our RAP Advisory Panel first met in June 2010 to guide the development of our RAP. Cath Brokenborough, Lendlease Executive
Lead Indigenous Engagement and RAP, chairs the Advisory Panel and its founding members are Nareen Young, Rohan Tobler,
Teya Dusseldorp and Bruce McQualter. The panel has since expanded to include more community representation, RAP partner
representatives and Lendlease business leaders, both current and future.
The panel has been meeting up to three times per year and members also provide advice as needed. The panel sets the
direction of the RAP and in 2015 pushed Lendlease to aim for an Elevate RAP. The panel provides direct feedback on RAP
activity. The Advisory Panel includes the three senior Lendlease RAP leaders to whom the RAP Executive Lead reports
internally: Dale Connor, Managing Director Building, Josh McHutchison, Managing Director Investment Management,
and Geoff Dutaillis, Group Head Sustainability.
