The RAP will be a working document, reviewed each year for reporting to
Reconciliation Australia, the RAP Advisory Panel, and Lendlease’s leadership
team and amended/ updated as approved.
We will undertake a major review and refresh of the RAP with Reconciliation
Australia’s approval in 2018.

We will convene our RAP Advisory Panel three to four times a year to 2018.

The RAP Advisory Panel will institute two Co-Chairs: a Lendlease
representative and an external representative and at least one of the Co-
Chairs must be Indigenous. Co-chairs will be nominated by the Advisory Panel
for a term of 12 months.

We will work with the Australian Indigenous Governance Institute (AIGI) to
review the terms of the RAP Advisory Panel, its practice and process. The
AIGI’s view on best practice for RAP governance will be presented to the RAP
Advisory Panel in 2016.

We will have our RAP independently verified and assured each year by an
organisation as agreed with Reconciliation Australia.
