We will become one of AIME’s 10,000 by 2018 partners, increasing our
investment to help AIME expand its program to reach more Aboriginal
and Torres Strait Islander high school students.

We will continue to provide a minimum 25 internships annually to
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander university students through the
CareerTrackers program.

We continue to work with the National Aboriginal Sporting Chance
Academy (NASCA) to transition Young Indigenous Pathways into a
NASCA-supported design and delivery program with our founding
partner schools from 2016.
In year 1, the program will have two schools and 50 students per year.
Review of year 1 will set the targets for ensuing years.

Our investment in Yalari will focus on providing students in ‘Year 13’
more support to make choices that prepare them to enter tertiary and
vocational training and/ or the workforce.

We will also support the development of a structured Yalari alumni
program with a pilot first conference of alumni to be held in 2016.
Yalari will report student and graduate numbers annually and figures
will be included in the RA Impact Survey annually.

We will collaborate with organisations, such as the Goodes-O’Loughlin
GO Foundation, to focus our collective efforts on providing support to
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students training, studying and
working away from home in order to reduce the financial stress on
them and help them to pursue their chosen career path.
