LITTLE BAY APARTMENTS
All corridors in the building
have motion sensors so lights are
only on when needed.
All lights use energy saving globes,
with a plan to upgrade to LEDs.
Water is heated by a solar powered system.
The car wash bay has an oil separator pump.
This is a filtration system to ensure
no grease and contaminants are pumped
into the storm water system.
