standards, our homes are designed and built to meet the
changing needs of occupants across their lifetime,
when they have temporary disabilities or as they age.
These homes are designed to be easy to enter, navigate,
adapt and be responsive to changing needs. It includes
flexible building features such as wide doorways, spacious
living spaces, and easy to reach and use light switches,
power points and tap ware.
In 2014, Lendlease Retirement Living made a commitment that all future dwellings
will be designed to meet Livable Housing Australia GOLD standards.
