“At the end of 2014, the Residents’ Committee found
itself with excess funds and felt obliged to spend
the money on something that would benefit residents.
The committee recommended that the money be
spent on adding a further 10kW solar system at the
village, thereby trebling energy savings. Residents
responded with overwhelming support for the scheme.
The now completed project has been one of
generous cooperation between residents,
the Residents’ Committee, Village Management
and Lendlease – all for the wellbeing of our village.
Allora Gardens is blessed to have many willing
volunteers doing so much to make the village
a happy, busy, social place to live.”
